Global Manager, GRO Data Development, Metrics and Signals Responsibilities:
Manage a global team to build and maintain data infrastructure, metrics and Key Performance Indicators for Global Risk Operations.
Codify intelligence generated by Risk Intelligence teams into signals for altering and monitoring future risks.
Guide the team in addressing the growing data and reporting needs of Global Risk Operations and delivering trustworthy data and reports to the large organization.
Work with leadership to identify and track Key Performance Indicators and metrics to measure impact and improve operational efficiency of the team.
Develop capabilities to anticipate and assess risk in the initial stages of its lifecycle using data and work with Product and Engineering teams to codify them.
Lead the team through intricate data projects and programs, such as establishing a focus on signal identification, building measures to track organizational impact, and working with cross-functional partners to improve operational maturity of the team by standardizing processes.
Work closely with Operations, Product, Data Engineering and Data Science teams to build risk intelligence platforms and align definition of impact and supply/demand measures for Global Risk operations.
Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted.

Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and two years of work experience in job offered or in a data/business analyst or computer-related occupation. Requires two years of experience in the following:
- Managing peers or team members in a mentorship/informal capacity
- Communications in influencing global cross-functional leaders
- Communicating results of technical analyses with non-technical partners and leadership teams to influence the strategy of those teams
- Breaking down processes and identifying pain points in order to deliver business improvements at the regional or global level
- Collaborating with partners to produce results.
Public Compensation:
$242,000/year to $279,400/year + bonus + equity + benefits
