Zoom Insider Risk Investigations Manager - Americas in Saint Paul, Minnesota
What you can expect
The Insider Risk Security Investigator, Americas will be Zoom’s insider risk subject matter expert and investigations lead for the Americas region. The role will primarily focus on investigating insider risk matters, working closely with forensic investigators and information security teams, and other cross functional partners across Zoom.

The Insider Risk Mitigation Program works across the business to safeguard our company’s people and interests in order enable business growth. You will be enabled to build relationships and establish trust and rapport with key leaders and employees around the world. Ultimately, the position requires personifying Zoom’s value of care, in order to protect our workforce through the entire employee life-cycle and handle sensitive matters.
Responsibilities
Investigating insider risk matters from end-to-end and partner with cross-functional teams to conduct prompt, thorough, and fair investigations.
Interviewing reporting parties, witnesses, and subjects of investigations to capture facts and evidence.
Collaborating with legal, compliance, and human resources to ensure investigations align with company policies and expectations.
Maintaining and enhance the operations, procedures, and processes governing insider risk investigations and proactive risk mitigation efforts in the Americas.
Serving as the representative for the Americas within the program and provide program updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Leading engagements across the business to establish insider risk-tailored support.
What we’re looking for
5+ years of direct experience in complex investigations or counterintelligence with a combination of private, government, and/or law enforcement; deep experience in interviewing, regarding technical matters, is imperative.
Have experience with building repeatable, verified, and context-aware processes and preventative controls based upon a nuanced understanding of insider risk.
Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal; experience drafting and completing long- form investigative reports for review and disposition. Additionally, have a demonstrated understanding of the socio-technical approach to insider risk and aligned frameworks.
Demonstrate technical understanding of cybersecurity concepts, standards, guidelines and principles. Understanding of UAM, SIEM, DLP, and UEBA technologies.
Experience in leveraging strategic and tactical intelligence analysis. Proficient in using threat intelligence to analyze data points and drive investigative efforts.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$94,600.00
Maximum:
$218,700.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
