Antea USA, Inc. (Antea®Group) is seeking a detail-oriented Occupational Health Program Coordinator to support our client's Occupational Health team in coordinating audiogram testing across multiple sites. This full-time, remote assignment is 5 days per week and is anticipated to last 12 months and could be extended. As an Occupational Health Program Coordinator, you will manage the hearing conservation program to ensure that employees exposed to workplace noise receive proper audiometric testing. Their role is critical in maintaining compliance with occupational health and safety regulations while protecting employee hearing health. The position will cover 4-5 countries, 10 sites, and over 300 employees. This role requires the ability to work both independently and with close collaboration among cross-functional global teams, external vendors, and regional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be based in the Eastern Time Zone and must be flexible in collaborating with multinational teams across the EMEA region. Essential Functions may include but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with the Regional Occupational Health Manager to develop standardized communication templates.
• Notify employees of audiogram offerings and track responses regarding participation.
• Follow up with employees who have not responded to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with local teams to determine payment processes for audiogram exams.
• Accurately enter completion and declination dates into Enablon.
• Ensure timely and accurate recordkeeping to support regulatory and company compliance.
• Work cross-functionally with site managers, HR, and Occupational Health teams.
• Support other global OH initiatives and ensuring their regional implementation as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, Ergonomics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing Environmental, Health and Safety projects
• Experience in occupational health, HR, compliance, or administrative coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data entry and tracking systems (experience with Enablon is a plus).
• Able to work independently with attention to details and manage multiple clients and projects.
• Must have a strong desire to talk with, influence, lead a team, and directly interface with multiple clients and stakeholders. Additionally, must be able to take direction and coaching from both clients and team members.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Potential employees must be able to satisfactorily complete a background check, and pre-employment drug screening (as permitted by law). They must also have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
