Description We are in search of a Programmer Analyst to join our team located in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This role involves a variety of tasks including software design, system analysis, problem identification, and learning different coding languages and application integration tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and analyze software specifications through precise application requirements analysis.

• Identify potential system issues, needs, and new requirements by contributing to the system design and analysis.

• Undertake application programming, code enhancement, and maintenance, along with thorough documentation.

• Write, optimize, and maintain code/processes for excellent performance, guaranteeing accessibility, and performing unit testing of code/processes.

• Supervise system performance and provide support across various application platforms.

• Participate in periodic maintenance activities including refreshes, patching, and upgrades.

• Maintain the database and conduct system administration through development and modifications.

• Recommend effective new technologies and procedures to the Application Development Team after careful analysis.

• Concentrate on application design to ensure usability and adherence to accessibility best practices. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of detail-oriented experience as a Programmer Analyst or in a similar role.

• Proficient in PHP and Laravel.

• Strong understanding of software development principles.

• Experience with database design and data modeling.

• Ability to write clean, well-documented code.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.

• Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
