We are hiring a Senior Manager, Finance in our Bloomington, MN corporate office. In this role, you will lead and oversee critical financial functions within the organization. This key position will be responsible for corporate functions budgeting and reporting, enterprise financial forecasting, and providing strategic financial support for corporate projects. This role provides the opportunity to influence decision-making at a strategic level, support cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to the overall financial health and growth of the organization. Responsibilities: + Lead Budgeting Process: Oversee the development, coordination, and management of the corporate functions budget, including departments such as HR, IT, Legal, Marketing, and Administration. + Ensure Alignment with Business Strategy: Collaborate with department heads and business partners to ensure that budgets are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and reflect realistic, achievable targets. + Monthly and Quarterly Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports that track performance against budget for corporate functions, highlighting key variances, trends, and action plans. + Lead enterprise financial forecasting process, and provide trend analysis and insights + Maintain continuous monitoring of financial performance to ensure that forecasts are updated and aligned with changing market conditions and business priorities. + Financial Support for Strategic Projects: Provide financial leadership and support for corporate strategic initiatives and major projects, including business case development, financial modeling, and investment analysis. + Project Budgeting and Tracking: Collaborate with project managers and business leaders to ensure that strategic projects are properly budgeted and that expenditures are tracked, monitored, and reported. + Effectively lead and inspire a team of finance professionals Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred. + Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or a related finance role, preferably within a large organization or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry. + Proven track record in corporate budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting for large, cross-functional teams. + Financial Analysis: Proficient in modeling, variance analysis, and scenario planning to drive strategic decision-making. + Ability to lead and mentor others, collaborate with cross-functionally, and influence decision-makers. Preferred Qualifications: + Industry Knowledge: Experience in the food manufacturing or CPG industry is highly desirable, with an understanding of the unique financial dynamics within this sector. + Technological Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools and financial software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion). Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $104,625 - $174,375 annually with eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
