Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper based in Saint Petersburg, Florida, 33707, United States. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing all daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The industry is in finance and the workplace offers a dynamic and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

• Prepare financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

• Conduct reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledger accounts

• Prepare and file sales tax returns and other regulatory reporting

• Exhibit responsibility for maintaining and monitoring financial data integrity, ensuring timely and accurate posting

• Assist in the preparation of budget and forecasting

• Handle month-end and year-end closing processes effectively

• Collaborate with external auditors and tax professionals

• Support the implementation of new accounting software or tools

• Analyze financial performance and advise management on financial health

• Utilize accounting software systems including Quickbooks Online, Great Plains (GPAC), and Microsoft Excel. Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with Computerized Accounting Systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to handle Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to prepare an Annual Budget

• Skills in Cash Flow Analysis

• Experience in using Quickbooks Online
