Honeywell Billing Specialist in Salem, Oregon

As a Billing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the billing process and ensure accurate and timely invoicing of customers. Your primary responsibility will be to review and process billing information, verify the accuracy of invoices, and resolve any billing discrepancies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary billing data and work with customers to address any billing inquiries or issues. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the billing function and make a positive impact on the company's financial performance.

You will work out of our Salem OR location on a 3/2 Hybrid work schedule after your first 90-days with Honeywell.

In this role, you will impact the accuracy and timeliness of our billing process, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely revenue recognition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and process billing information to generate accurate and timely invoices

• Verify the accuracy of invoices and resolve any billing discrepancies

• Work with cross-functional teams to gather necessary billing data

• Address customer inquiries and resolve billing issues

• Ensure compliance with company billing policies and procedures

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in using billing software and Microsoft Office Suite
