ManpowerGroup In and Outbound Customer Service Assistant in Salem, Oregon

Hourly Pay Rate: $18.27/hr

Location: Onsite. (Pacific Time Hours)

Full-Time: 40 hours per week with occasional overtime opportunities

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 5 AM - 4 PM Pacific Time

Job Description:

Join our team as a Customer Service Assistant with LenelS2! In this role, you will process customer orders, answer inbound calls, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction. This is an entry-level role requiring a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone and email

  • Process orders and handle customer correspondence

  • Follow pre-established guidelines and procedures

  • Work under the supervision of a manager

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 0-2 years of customer service or clerical experience

  • Basic knowledge of standard practices and concepts

  • Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal independent judgment

Additional Information:

  • No driving or US security clearance required

  • Timekeeping via SAP Fieldglass

  • No Export Control Technology involved
