Description We are in search of an Accounting Specialist to be a part of our team in Salinas, California. The role is critical in managing financial reporting, cash flow, and account reconciliations. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity and plays an integral part in our finance team, handling both inflows and outflows of funds.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize accounting software systems to process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping of customer credit information.

• Handle financial services through ADP.

• Implement Ceridian for effective management of financial resources.

• Utilize Concur for travel and expense management.

• Employ ERP for efficient enterprise resource planning.

• Carry out auditing tasks to ensure financial compliance.

• Oversee billing functions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.

• Proactively resolve customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts to take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accounting Specialist or in a similar role

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is preferred

• Familiarity with Ceridian software

• Knowledge of Concur software

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Ability to handle all Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Auditing skills are essential

• Capable of handling Billing Functions
