Description

Tunes and tests filters and electronic components. Uses specification sheets, drawings, blueprints, network analyzers, and computer programs to outline filter capacity/function. Adheres to Manufacturing Operating Procedures (MOP) and Automated Testing Procedures (ATP). Conducts quality assurance spot checks and tests for product accuracy. Equipment used includes network analyzers, calipers, computers, continuity testers/multimeters, microscopes, soldering irons, plotters, calculators, wrenches, and tuning instruments. Cleans finished products according to established procedures. Measures tolerances. Records job-specific data on forms, logs, time sheets, and other required documentation. Completes work with accuracy and speed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Associates degree in electronics or similar experience. Mathematical skills required with emphasis on the ability to compute rates, ratios and percentage. Thorough knowledge of calibration, reading drawings, blueprints and schematics. Prototyping experience. RF experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.50 - $30.00/hr.
