Job Overview
As an Administrative Coordinator at Komatsu, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support our team and contribute to the overall success of our operations. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in managing daily office activities and providing support to various departments.
Key Job Responsibilities
Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members. Maintain calendars and ensure timely communication of schedules.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Support Services: Assist in the preparation and coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Data Management: Maintain and update databases, records, and files. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Financial Administration: Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing. Support financial operations as required.
Qualifications/Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field preferred.
Experience: Proven experience as an administrative coordinator, office manager, or similar role.
Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
