Western Governors University is hiring an Analytics Manager, WGU School of Education (WSE) to join our Institutional Analytics and Research (IAR) team onsite in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The Institutional Analytics and Research (IAR) team supports and enables most university teams, departments, and colleges to make data-informed decisions that lead to better student outcomes. Our analysts, scientists, researchers, and managers are distributed across several teams: Faculty Experience Analytics, Institutional Research, Learning Analytics, Outreach Analytics, and Student Success Analytics.

The Analytics Manager, WGU School of Education (WSE) owns the critical relationship and collaboration between College Insights Analytics and WSE. This role involves performing and coordinating rigorous data analyses, projects, and broader initiatives, deploying a mix of leadership, domain knowledge, stakeholder management, project management, and analytics insight. The Analytics Manager establishes and maintains strong relationships with peers and leaders across IAR.
