Description We are seeking a Billing Analyst to join our team based in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role involves working in accounting and financial services, with a focus on handling customer inquiries and maintaining accurate records. This is a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications using accounting software systems

• Maintain up-to-date customer credit records, ensuring all information is accurate and accessible

• Resolve customer inquiries related to billing and accounts receivable

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary, with a focus on billing functions

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and Costpoint software for various accounting functions

• Leverage CRM software to manage customer relationships and interactions

• Conduct regular auditing of customer accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Operate Aderant software for various accounting tasks

• Use 'About Time' software for efficient time tracking and management

• Conduct regular reviews and updates of accounting functions. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Familiarity with Aderant software is beneficial.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a plus.

• Knowledge of Costpoint software is preferred.

• Proficiency in CRM systems is essential.

• Experience with About Time software is desired.

• Proficiency in accounting functions is necessary.

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is beneficial.

• Auditing skills are required.

• Experience in billing functions is necessary.
