ManpowerGroup Document Control Assistant in Salt Lake City, Utah
Our client, a leading organization in the document management industry, is seeking a Document Control Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Document Control Assistant
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Pay Range: $17.00 per hour
Shift 830 am to 5pm
What's the Job?
Assist in the development, deployment, and maintenance of controlled documentation and supporting systems.
Support Team Center implementation and contribute to team projects.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting.
Maintain organized filing systems to ensure easy access to documents.
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals.
What's Needed?
Previous experience in document control is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word is preferred.
Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing environments.
Must be able to work on-site Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
