Robert Half Executive Assistant in Salt Lake City, Utah

Description

We currently have an open position for a well-organized and motivated Executive Assistant. The right Executive Assistant for this role is someone who is accurate, able to prioritize a busy workload and innovative in problem solving.

The Executive Assistant will be over:

  • Coordinate calendar and meetings

  • Training and supervising other support staff and customer relations

  • Making travel and meeting arrangements

  • Prepare, review and archive documents

  • Prepare reports in QuickBooks and other budgeting tools as needed

    Requirements

  • 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience is preferred

  • BA degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Familiar with QuickBooks
