Responsibilities:

• Partner Strategy & Development: Build and execute a strategy for developing a robust partner ecosystem, including ISVs and SIs, that enhances OCI’s media and entertainment offerings.

• Ecosystem Growth: Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic partners that align with OCI’s M&E product portfolio.

• Go-to-Market (GTM) Collaboration: Work with partners to develop joint solutions, co-marketing initiatives, and sales enablement programs.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, including partner account managers, customer account managers, OCI’s partner network teams, and marketplace teams, to streamline partner integration and drive adoption.

• Marketplace Enablement: Drive ISV participation in OCI’s marketplace, ensuring seamless onboarding, technical integration, and commercial success.

• Business Development Support: Support the sales team by providing partner-driven solutions that address customer needs in the media and entertainment space.

• Technology & Product Alignment: Ensure partner solutions align with OCI’s infrastructure capabilities, providing input to engineering teams on integration requirements.

• Performance Tracking & Optimization: Define success metrics and track the impact of partner-led initiatives, continuously refining strategies based on data insights.

• Industry Engagement: Represent OCI in industry events, conferences, and partner forums to strengthen relationships and expand market influence.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in product management, partnerships, or business development within the cloud, SaaS, or media and entertainment industries.

• Proven track record of building and managing ISV and SI ecosystems within a cloud services provider or enterprise technology company.

• Strong understanding of cloud-based media workflows , including content creation, production, distribution, and consumption solutions.

• Experience working with cloud marketplaces and partner network programs.

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, industry development, and partner management teams .

• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
