Oversees all administrative, financial, personnel, and technical functions of a program in an assigned department. Organizes and assigns duties to employees and advises the departmental administrators of the programs activities.This position is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specic projects that have a beginning, an end, and specied deliverables. The incumbent works closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule. Coordinates internal resources and vendors to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
