What Impact You Can Make
This position will assist in the design and building of educational material for use by the Training and Education team with new hire sales training courses and maintaining the LMS training modules current and process all new material through the CMR approval process.
Assist in instructional design and maintaining the LMS
Assist the training and education team with the development of education programs.
(Co) Create and develop new/existing content, learning tools, and competency assessments for the field based on field leadership input.
Maintain MS Teams sites and assist in building the content for programming and leveraging CMR process.
What You Bring
Remote work
Ability to work effectively and diplomatically with multiple functions including field sales, marketing, regulatory/compliance, and engineering
Excellent communication skills, particularly presentation abilities
Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Nursing, Health Sciences, or Biomedical Engineering); advanced degree preferred.
Cardiac surgery and/or arrhythmia procedure experience
Experience building education content and/or medical device marketing management
Experience with learning management and content management systems highly recommended
Ability to travel 25%, including overnights and occasional weekends.
Ability to pass account and hospital credentialing processes.
