Our client, a leader in the transportation industry, is seeking a-Warehouse Shipping Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, and At least 1 year of dock or warehouse experience in the transportation industry

Job Title: Warehouse Shipping Associate

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Range: $20 per hour

Shift: Tuesday-Saturday and hours 6:30-3:00pm

What's the Job?

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.

• Match purchase orders to sales orders and distribute orders to sales associates for processing.

• Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic.

• Participate in daily inventory and cycle counts.

• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries, verifying that loads have arrived on time and in good condition.

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of dock or warehouse experience in the transportation industry.

• Experience loading and unloading trailers is a plus.

• Familiarity with using handheld scanners is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Commitment to completing work in a safe manner and adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
