TAX PLUS Office Administrator in SALT LAKE CTY, Utah

 Seasonal and part-time office Administrator for a tax office.

 

Below is a list of some of the duties but will include more...

· Handling incoming and outgoing calls and other communications

· Organize and schedule meetings and appointments

· Manage filing system

· Recording information as needed

· Greet clients and visitors as needed

· Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word

processing

· Helping organize, clean and maintain office common areas

· Performing general office clerk duties and errands

Excel and Word experience is preferred.

Hours will be from 3:00 - 8:00pm M-F and every other Saturday. The position will end around April 24th.
