Generating and implementing efficient sourcing and collaborate with related function to identify QCD score card of new supplier
Analyzing and calculating costs of procurement and executing cost saving comply to annual target setting
Cost estimation for new product during business development and maintain the standard profit on start of mass production
Negotiate price and terms of purchasing with suppliers and vendors
Procurement process improvement to increase cost efficiency
Evaluate and control effectiveness of suppliers in terms of QCD. Develop or implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers while maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors
Document purchasing processes, such as workflows, procedure to align with quality system requirement
