Job Summary and Description

Manage day-to-day operations of the department, including administrative functions, technical services, and database and record management.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience:

• High school diploma.
• Three years of experience in a clerical/data entry/executive assistant field.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associates degree (two year program or two to three years of college) or equivalent formal training.
• Advanced secretarial experience in an academic or occupational/technical education department.

Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
