Responsibilities
  • Assist in all manufacturing departments to evaluate and improve processes for data collection, data analysis and data interpretation.
  • Ensure that all processes are being used to achieve operational efficiency and on time production.
  • Investigate variances and Interpret data patterns to include manufacturing costs, Labor and Overhead absorption, inventory management, and production timelines.
  • Interpret various forms of data and present it in a useful and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Completes all necessary reports such as, but not limited to, completion slips, material listing forms, time cards, documents and file records such as work orders, requisition forms, accident report forms, and personal expenditure receipts
  • Maintaining databases and data systems
  • Demonstrates flexibility in work hours to include availability for overtime hours as required by management.
  • Attends all necessary meetings and training as required by management.
  • Provides care and security for all company resources.
Qualifications
  • Associates degree, Certification or equivalent in computer science, statistics, or a related area.
  • Must be able to effectively find, collect, organize and interpret various types of data
  • Exceptional attendance and reliability.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
  • Organization and time management skills.
  • Effective communication, including writing, speaking, emails and other digital media. Must have strong computer skills.
  • Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts.
  • Strong team player with the ability to build and foster working relationships.
