We are looking for a Travel Coordinator to support our Mobile Clinic Operations

What part would you play in this role?
As a Mobile Clinic Operations Travel Coordinator you will coordinate travel needs for company employees. Schedule hotels, flight and car rentals and prepares itineraries ensuring travel needs are met within constraints of the company travel budget and process and procedure. May work with outside travel agencies as needed.
In this rewarding role, you will:
- Ensure travel bookings are complete/accurate and company travel guidelines are met
- Ensure all necessary documentation of travel arrangements are maintained
- Reconcile travel charges for appropriate department
- Coordinate and create itineraries for travelers including all reservation and confirmation information
- Assist travelers with the completion of accurate, timely and complete expense reports in accordance to company policy
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

- Strong ability to excel at details, multi-task, and work with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where adaptability and the ability to manage change are key
You Must Have:
- High School diploma, or equivalent (GED)
- 3-5 years administrative experience
- Travel coordinator experience preferred
- Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
Typical Day:
Environment:This is a true, Healthcare administration role.
Schedule: This position is remote in San Antonio, TX.
- Mon Friday: 8:00am 4:30pm CST
Training: 1:1 Mentorship training, If needed to be in person that can be arranged.
- Hourly Range: $21.99- $27.97 depending on experience and geographical location
