``` - Expert knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially proficiency using Power Query and Advanced Excel functions for data transformation and analysis. - Highly proficient with software conversion of data from pdf to Excel formats - Knowledge of and direct experience with full cycle accounting principles and practices and bookkeeping best practices. - Power BI and Access experience highly desirable. - Experience preparing and filing Court Accountings associated with fiduciary duties and court reporting requirements for Conservatorships and Trustees of Trusts. - Direct experience with full cycle accounting principles and practices and bookkeeping best practices. - Significant hands-on practical experience with Quick Books for small businesses. - Expert level skills with Advanced Quickbooks, Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online. - Expert level user skills with Excel, Word and Adobe applications.

Typical Position Assignments:

  • Bookkeeping assignments, journal entries, and monthly/quarterly reporting
  • Court Accounting filings

Education and Experience:

  • Relevant AA degree, desired; Bachelor's degree in Accounting highly beneficial, but not required. Direct experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in accounting and bookkeeping (additional experience considered in lieu of Accounting degree).
  • Knowledge of and experience with bookkeeping best practices.
  • Knowledge of and experience preparing individual, corporate and partnership tax returns will be attractive for possible future assignments.
