Job Description

Directly supervise the assigned design team while mentoring and training your team. Oversee the project and design of projects. Engage with clients and lead the project team from kick-off to completion of construction. Develop client relationships through quality service and project delivery.

Hard Skills

• Strong experience with AutoCAD and Revit MEP

• Must have Bluebeam experience

• 5-10 years of project management

Soft Skills

• Mentoring and training team members

• Client engagement and relationship building

• Leadership and supervision

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in San Bernardino, California and some days remote.

Work Environment

Flexible start time with an 8-hour shift. Hybrid schedule: 2-3 days in the office. Must be in the office on the same day as the team. Team size: 2 designers and 1 assistant report to the mechanical head of the department. Collaborative work environment with great retention and minimal attrition. Two-story office in San Bernardino's business center with plenty of office space.
