About the Position:
As a Senior UX Designer for Ad Experiences, you'll be designing for Walmart's industry defining omni-channel ad platforms at scale that enable Walmart suppliers and sellers to reach shoppers with relevant ads and high performing campaigns while helping shoppers discover products to enhance their shopping journey. You will transform complex workflows and information into easy-to-use experience design.

An ability to explore a variety of design ideas and iterate quickly.
An ability to navigate multiple work streams with ease and efficiency, transitioning seamlessly between different responsibilities and projects.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills. You articulate the problem to be solved and the rationale behind your design decisions.
Can identify and address potential issues and proactively communicate them to project leads, ensuring they do not escalate into larger problems.
Comfort with ambiguity. You embrace constraints and the unknown; you help discover and define the problem space.
A growth mindset and keen sense of curiosity, always looking to improve things and new ways to do so.
Excellent time management skills and can work independently
Experience in giving feedback, educating and mentoring designers.
Experience or interest in advertising, ad tech, publication, and instructional design
You will make an impact by:
Designing best-in-class product experiences with a focus on visual design and typography
Managing and delivering for various and diverse initiatives, adapting to changing priorities and tight timelines
Leading a program of work and collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional partners, able to effectively communicate progress and set realistic expectations
Creating the experience strategy and setting the design direction for the program that delivers on the user needs and business goals.
Partnering with design research to create insightful design solutions.
Constantly balancing business goals with user needs.
Rapid prototyping and experimenting in a fast-paced environment.
Championing the Design Thinking philosophy throughout the business.
Communicating effectively with kindness and empathy, and conveying a clear vision to the broader team
Fostering collaboration and partnership with peers, to elevate team members and your own skills
Creating scalable experiences in partnership with our Design System team.
Preferred qualifications:
Degree in Graphic Design, HCI, or similar and at least 5 + years of experience in UX or product design .
F antastic portfolio of thoughtful design solutions.
Excellent visual design and typography skills .
Excellent written and verbal communication.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 3 years' experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. Option 2: 5 years' experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
