CNC Operator

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled 3rd Shift CNC Operator with experience in CNC Haas Mills, Robo drills, and Fanuc controls. Responsibilities include manual operations (drill press, deburring), using electric drills for drilling/tapping, bolting fixtures, and precise measurements.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Haas Mills, Robo drills, and Fanuc controls.

• Load parts into machines.

• Perform manual operations (drill pressing, deburring).

• Use electric drills for drilling/tapping.

• Bolt fixtures into t-plates.

• Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, depth gauges, thread gauges, pin gauges).

• Complete departmental paperwork and follow instructions.

Essential Skills:

• Experience with CNC mills and vertical milling machines.

• Proficiency in machine operation and inspection.

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• One year of HAAS CNC operation experience.

• Basic math skills.

• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a repetitive production setting.

• Flexibility for overtime and Saturdays.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Work Environment:

• Regularly work close to 50 hours with optional overtime on Saturdays.

• 3rd shift hours: 10:30 pm to 6:00 am, with potential to work until 7:30 am.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00
