The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for maintaining our database by entering new and updated customer account information. The ideal candidate will have essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update customer data in the company database.

• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output.

• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.

• Comply with data integrity and security policies.

• Apply data program techniques and procedures.

  Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent; college degree preferred.

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk.

• Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred.

• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware.

• Proficient in relevant computer applications such as Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work to time constraints.
