Company seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team in San Diego. You will be supporting the CEO. You will be responsible for managing their agendas, calendar management, international travel arrangement, scheduling meetings, data entry, putting together presentions, and other administative duties as assigned. You must be Spanish speaking based on the business they do in Mexico. This is a Direct hire opportunity working M-F 8am-5pm with weekends off. This role is 100% onsite in San Diego and is paying $85-$90k. They may consider some flexibility with the range based on the experience but is discretionary. Must have 5+ years of Executive Assistance experience and be Spanish speaking. They are looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant who will be able to support the CEO and mesh well with his personality. If interested email Jessica at jessica.schutter@randstadusa.com.

Responsibilities
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
Performing minor accounting duties
Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing cateringwhen necessary
Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
Managing the Chairman's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Prepares Sales Transactions Report, Collection Report and Inventory Report on a weeklybasis
Gathers and organizes financial documents
Gathers, organizes and sends tax documents and payments
Translates and edits documents
Generates other reports and presentations as requested
Arrange ChairmanĀ“s travels in very thorough manner
Performs other duties as assigned by Chairman.
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, suppliesprocurement, and maintenance of equipment and systems.
Manage office budgets and expenses and negotiate contracts with vendors and serviceproviders to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution, ensuringtimely and accurate responses.
Maintains inventory of office supplies and orders when needed
