Distinguished law firm carrying a strong legacy in the insurance industry. With a deep commitment to provide world-class service, we champion the complex legal needs of our prestigious clients. We are on the lookout to add a highly skilled and motivated Defense Attorney to our team.

In this remote position, you will defend claims against insurance companies and provide guidance on regulations and obligations. You will manage various aspects of litigation, from inception to resolution, providing impeccable legal defense for our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of litigation from depositions to trials.

• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, briefs, and legal memoranda.

• Maintain a current understanding of laws, regulations, court decisions, and industry trends relevant to insurance.

• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and must be admitted to the California Bar.

• A minimum of two years' licensed experience.

• Proven expertise in Californian insurance laws and regulations.

• Exceptional legal writing, negotiation, and client interaction skills.

• All candidates must reside in Southern California, despite the role being fully remote.
