Our client's esteemed real estate company is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join their team. This position requires an individual who possesses excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. The HR Coordinator will assist with all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labour regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.

• Facilitate new hire onboarding and employee training programs.

• Maintain electronic and physical employee records.

• Coordinate HR activities such as benefits enrollment, performance management and employee surveys.

• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.

• Address employee queries regarding HR-related issues.

• Comply with all local and federal regulations.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position.

• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, and databases.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle data with confidentiality.

• A degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
