THE WORK:

  • You’ll plan, develop, and implement small-scale, low-complexity business and technology projects.

  • You’ll define and maintain project parameters, managing activities from inception to completion.

  • You’ll oversee project deliverables, including scope, schedule, budget, design, procurement, and construction.

  • You’ll ensure scope completion and adherence to project schedules and timelines.

  • You’ll manage project budgets and optimize the use of available funds.

  • You’ll oversee contractor selection and contract preparation.

  • You’ll ensure design and construction quality, maintaining compliance with project scope and budget.

  • You’ll develop uniform standards for project delivery and reporting frameworks.

  • You’ll coordinate material procurement and contracting strategies.

  • You’ll conduct monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and financial management controls.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • B.S. in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience with client approval).

  • 3–5 years of project management experience in construction projects (Electrical/Gas Substation, Compressor, Transmission, Distribution, IT, or Civil projects).

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • PMP certification or Agile/Program Management training.

  • PE license.

  • Experience assessing financial impacts of projects and building solid business cases.

  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
