Role: Marketing Specialist

Description of work to be performed:

What you will do:

• Supports marketing teams in developing and executing marketing campaigns

• Produces automated campaign activities using Eloqua including building, deploying and tracking campaign performance via reports along with dashboards.

• Segments and leverages the marketing database for efficient and effective campaign targeting; generates and implements test strategies, including A/B multi-variant testing.

• Integrate marketing technology plug-ins into campaign to improve data profile.

• Functions as in-house Marketing Automation System SME and provides first-level support for platform-related issues to other internal users Monitors team mailbox for incoming requests and compliance-related functionality.

• Tracks and manages marketing expenses and monitors budget.

• Assists in writing copy for marketing needs, including but not limited to white papers, emails, etc.

Description

What you need to have:

· Strong understanding of marketing operations and campaign management.

· Knowledge of data structures, query and reporting tools.

· Experience in analyzing digital marketing campaigns of varying complexity.

· Strong writing skills.

· Intellectual curiosity.

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related field, or the equivalent in experience, combined with at least three years in marketing.

Technical Skills Required:

· 3+ years of experience with a marketing automation platform, preferably Eloqua.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00
