Responsibilities You will serve as the MIDS FMS APM in support of the PMA/W 101 MIDS program office within PEO C4I You will be responsible for managing FMS cases and security cooperation programs to manage the cost, schedule and performance for a diverse portfolio of platform (Aircraft/Ship) Integration and advanced technology projects and programs You will lead an Integrated Product Team (IPT) with members from multiple professional domains including finance, contracting, Information Assurance (IA), software development and modeling simulation You will be responsible for managing and executing budgets across appropriated funding lines (RDTE and OMN), FMS funding lines, and Spectrum Relocation Funds (SRF) managed by the DoD CIO You will support the development and execution of COMSEC Release Requests (CRRs) and Releases-in-Specific (RISs) with COCOMs to further proliferate Link 16 You will apply risk management tools and techniques to manage cost, schedule and performance for assigned program(s), evaluate performance outcomes and make recommendations for improvement You will effectively lead, integrate and coordinate disparate functional groups and develop a cohesive team capable of successfully handling complex problems encountered, and continually monitor program execution You will ensure compliance with Department of Defense and Department of Navy directives, PEO policy and other relevant guidance and coordinate preparation of program acquisition/integration documentation You will effectively communicate program information across the PEO and other relevant organizations to facilitate leveraging opportunities You will lead coordination across industry and Department of Defense activities, Program Management Offices, to ensure program acquisition strategy meet user capability requirements and are executable with acceptable risk Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience managing FMS cases, security cooperation programs as well as cost, schedule, performance for a diverse portfolio of platform (Aircraft/Ship) Integration, advanced technology projects and programs to include leadership of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) with members from multiple professional domains including finance, contracting, Information Assurance (IA), software development, modeling & simulation, hardware integration, test & evaluation, and systems engineering. The pay schedule and pay band for all Demonstration Project Professional Positions will be DP-1/2/3/4.
