Client Solutions Manager, Enterprise Clients Responsibilities:
Partner with the sales team to develop eCommerce industry-specific relationships, negotiate and optimize complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for enterprise clients.
Act as a product & insights expert, in partnership with Client Partner, to identify and implement marketing solutions that drive measurable business results for our partners.
Craft narratives and recommendations from custom analyses, build presentations, and present findings to business stakeholders.
Design experimentation initiatives, develop experiment tracking, analyze results and present recommendations.
Lead external client education and consultations for existing best practices and future product solutions (in partnership with teams like Product, Marketing Science, Creative Shop, Engineering and beyond).
Utilize consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.
Consult on complex advertising solutions and integrations, outline measurement solutions based upon key KPI’s, and handle revenue delivery and budget spending for media planning, strategy, and measurement.
Oversee account operations, troubleshooting, and escalations ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in an analytical marketing-related occupation. Requires three years of experience in the following:
- Performance marketing, analytical consulting or client-facing strategy experience
- Advanced experience structuring and manipulating raw data into datasets for analysis with Relational Databases, Microsoft Excel and SQL skills
- Expertise analyzing data from a variety of different sources (quantitative and qualitative) and presenting the data in a clear and concise manner, and developing actionable insights
- Experience storytelling through data visualization, developing insight-backed hypotheses and driving learning plans to build compelling business cases and influence key decisions
- Experience influencing senior level executives and clients
- Knowledge of statistics and experience with statistical packages such as R, SAS, SPSS
- Experience with business case modeling and market/opportunity sizing
- Working cross-functionally including engineering, product, data science teams to improve products features and functionalities.
Public Compensation:
$176,400/year to $198,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
