Job Description

As an Executive Producer, you will managing 2-3 mid-sized productions simultaneously. In this role you will be cultivating solid relationships with both 3rd party vendors and the in-house production team. The Executive Producer will have a firm knowledge of what is involved in, and have run at least 3 specialties of production (Broadcast, design, 2D motion, 3D motion, podcasts, social first production, UX, interactive, live event, etc.).

You are an expert at writing bid specs, getting bids in, providing direction and support for Director's Treatments, creating LOEs for projects, and have a firm grasp on legality, business affairs and rights management. You will feel equally as comfortable on set for a photo / video shoot as you are managing post-production and animation.

The Executive Producer will also be a leader to those in junior roles and provide help and support to foster the growth of Producers.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the production department's operations and strategy.

  • Building and fostering high-level client relationships.

  • Driving innovation and setting a vision for the production team.

  • Collaborating with C-suite executives on business strategies.

  • Ensuring the agency's work meets top-tier quality standards.

  • Negotiating contracts, partnerships, and vendor relationships.

  • Overseeing departmental budgets and financial planning.

  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding services.

  • Managing and resolving high-level challenges and risks.

  • Representing the agency at industry events and forums.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in production.

  • Proven track record of strategic leadership.

  • Excellent client relationship management skills.

  • Broad understanding of digital marketing and advertising landscapes.

  • Strong financial and operational acumen.

Compensation Range: $121,000 - $191,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
