In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by developing and implementing workplace strategies that support our global team's success. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, nurture relationships with vendors, and contribute to our company's growth through thoughtful facilities planning and management.

Key job responsibilities

• Guide daily operations and foster positive workplace experiences across all eero offices

• Develop comprehensive strategies for new office openings and expansions

• Support and mentor the office administration team while building collaborative relationships

• Partner with service providers to ensure smooth operations and successful project delivery

• Oversee budget management, financial planning, and long-term strategic initiatives

• Occasional travel (less than 20%) and flexibility for international team collaboration

A day in the life

• Collaborate with global teams to understand and support their workplace needs

• Connect with vendors and partners to maintain excellent facility operations

• Participate in planning sessions for office expansions and improvements

• Support technical workspace requirements for engineering and lab teams

• Engage in cross-timezone meetings to ensure seamless global operations

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience

• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

• 5+ years of program or project management experience

• 5+ years of facilities management experience, preferably in technology or multi-site settings

• 1+ years of experience mentoring team members and fostering professional growth

• Background in managing international office locations

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
