In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by developing and implementing workplace strategies that support our global team's success. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, nurture relationships with vendors, and contribute to our company's growth through thoughtful facilities planning and management.
Key job responsibilities
Guide daily operations and foster positive workplace experiences across all eero offices
Develop comprehensive strategies for new office openings and expansions
Support and mentor the office administration team while building collaborative relationships
Partner with service providers to ensure smooth operations and successful project delivery
Oversee budget management, financial planning, and long-term strategic initiatives
Occasional travel (less than 20%) and flexibility for international team collaboration
A day in the life
Collaborate with global teams to understand and support their workplace needs
Connect with vendors and partners to maintain excellent facility operations
Participate in planning sessions for office expansions and improvements
Support technical workspace requirements for engineering and lab teams
Engage in cross-timezone meetings to ensure seamless global operations

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
5+ years of program or project management experience

5+ years of facilities management experience, preferably in technology or multi-site settings
1+ years of experience mentoring team members and fostering professional growth

Background in managing international office locations

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
