Robert Half Inventory Analyst in San Francisco, California
Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Inventory Analyst in San Francisco, California. The role involves managing inventory in a tech-focused industry. The workplace is entirely remote but must be able to work PST.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the management of software/hardware inventory, ensuring compliance with SOX requirements
• Collaborate with various business partners to understand inventory needs and communicate details effectively
• Implement scalable inventory processes to accommodate the company's growth and expansion plans
• Utilize systems such as Oracle Inventory, Oracle ERP, Exzip, Flocast for reconciliations, and flux analysis in Workiva
• Regularly review and improve existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to inventory management
• Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking necessary actions as needed
• Accurately process customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records
• Handle the cost of revenue and level setting between business partners and sales team
• Work with manufacturing warehouses and storage units to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Utilize skills in Automated Inventory, HCM Saas Oracle Fusion, Asset Inventory, and Annual Physical Inventory.
Requirements
• Must have worked at a large-scaled company with preference in CPG or Tech industry
• Inventory experience, specifically in reserves and warranties
• Ability to support scaling inventory projections on a global scale
• Proficiency in automated inventory management systems is a must
• Demonstrable experience with HCM SaaS Oracle Fusion is required
• Proficiency in asset inventory management, including tracking and reporting
• Experience in conducting annual physical inventory and providing accurate reports
