UCSF is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Analyst to join our team. This role involves onboarding all Benioff employees into our main system, covering HR, benefits, payroll, finance, and more. This is a critical migration project from one system to another, requiring a skilled business systems analyst with advanced expertise.

Skills and Requirements

Advanced experience as a Business Systems Analyst.

Proficiency in PeopleSoft HCM.

Strong SQL and Oracle experience.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate conversations and extract business requirements.

Proven ability to document and translate business needs into technical specifications. Experience in higher education environments.

Background in project management or quality assurance. null
