Job Description

An employer is hiring a Field Technician or a Resident Technician, we have both open! The resident technician is dedicated Print Administrator and supports users on their MFP needs whether that be toner replacement, reloading paper, connecting users to the print drivers and etc. Its white glove service and long term will also be responsible for printer repair. The field position would be servicing a driving territory for multiple HP customers where you complete 3-5 tickets a day repairing PC and Print hardware.

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ Years of experience performing Break Fix on PC's including laptops, and printers

• Able to re-image, back up data and replace internal hardware components like motherboards or system boards on PC's, drums, roller or fusers on Printers

• Valid Driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation null
