The Senior Manager, AI Strategy and Business Enablement plays a key role in ensuring Schwab’s AI initiatives are scaled effectively and aligned with business objectives. Reporting to the Director of AI Product Management, this role focuses on leading cross-functional coordination, supporting the operationalization of AI strategies, and enabling adoption across the firm. The ideal candidate combines technical fluency with strategic business acumen to help advance Schwab’s AI capabilities.
What You ’ ll Do:
AI Business Enablement
Coordinate and organize activities across Schwab to support AI capabilities, tools, and solutions.
Create frameworks that provide clarity and transparency for AI initiatives across the organization.
Define strategies and process improvements to scale AI adoption while aligning with business goals.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities, pain points, and AI-driven solutions.
Act as a thought partner for teams implementing AI solutions, guiding best practices and ensuring scalability.
Present recommendations and updates to senior leadership to drive momentum for AI initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders to manage risks, governance, and compliance while advancing AI projects.
Support AI education and fluency efforts, including developing materials, workshops, and communications to promote organizational readiness for AI.
Strategic and Business Analytics
Partner with analytics teams to define and prioritize strategic initiatives for AI adoption.
Guide the execution of programs focused on improving AI-driven business outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to measure ROI, success metrics, and alignment with business objectives for AI projects.
What you have
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Analytics, Data Science, AI) or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in technology, data, or analytics roles, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or project management capacity.
3+ years of experience driving AI/ML strategies in business environments, aligning technical efforts with strategic goals.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of AI ethics, governance, and best practices for scaling responsible AI solutions.
Strong collaboration skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
