We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant/Billing Manager in San Francisco, California.

The primary responsibilities will include:

• Contracts Administration – responsible for issuing contracts, reviewing contracts, and proper organization of these contracts

• Billing and Collections –Must use Sage and Timeslips to track billing and employee hours. Responsible for tracking time sheets, project accounting, tracking refunds, billing and collections

• Office Administration – responsible for streamlining and help with data & organizations. Assist with maintaining client information
