Job Description

Role focuses primarily on supporting a Failure Analysis (FA) debug group, requiring skills in low-level diagnostics, probing at the board level, and utilizing various diagnostic tools and equipment such as a Time Domain Reflectometer (TDR) and scope logic analyzers. Skills and Requirements

Proven experience in development and debugging of at least 2 high-speed digital boards from concept to production, focusing on failure analysis and board-level diagnostics.

Strong knowledge of 25G+ SerDes operation, including the ability to debug link failures and use appropriate test equipment (e.g., TDR, scope logic analyzers).

Expertise in leading-edge microprocessor-based reference design for high-speed digital boards.

Hands-on experience with high-speed components (e.g., FPGAs, PHYs, Retimers, PCIe Switches, POL designs) and board debugging techniques.

Familiarity with optical components (10-25G+ optics) and high-speed digital interfaces, with a focus on FPGA and SerDes debugging.
