Adecco US, Inc. Marketing Coordinator in San Jose, California
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized team player to support the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) as a Marketing Coordinator in San Jose. This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in marketing, operations, and executive support, with opportunities for growth within the marketing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Department Operations & Planning
Assist the CMO and marketing leadership in organizing and tracking key priorities.
Plan and coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, and marketing-led events.
Manage meeting logistics, including agendas, notes, and follow-ups.
Keep cross-functional projects on track and address roadblocks.
Provide problem-solving support and connect the dots across teams.
CMO Support
Proactively manage the CMO’s calendar and scheduling across time zones.
Handle expense management and approvals for team-related expenses.
Provide administrative support, including travel coordination and event registrations.
Act as a liaison between the CMO and senior executives, ensuring smooth communication.
Budget & Financial Management
Oversee marketing budget operations, track spending, and manage invoices.
Monitor budget health, reconcile expenses, and ensure adherence to financial processes.
Support budget reporting and forecasting activities.
Reporting & Communications
Track and summarize key marketing metrics and milestones.
Prepare reports on OKRs, marketing scorecards, and weekly updates.
Draft internal communications, leadership updates, and presentations.
Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to keep marketing aligned with business objectives.
Team Culture & Development
Support HR-related processes and team-building initiatives.
Organize events, recognition programs, and development opportunities.
Champion a positive team culture by gathering feedback and implementing improvements.
Qualifications
3-8 years of experience in marketing, operations, executive support, or project management.
Proven ability to manage complex calendars and schedules for senior executives.
Experience with budget tracking and expense reporting (or willingness to learn).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Enthusiasm for AI and emerging marketing technologies.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma or GED required.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
