TAD PGS, Inc. Quality Engineer in San Jose, California
We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Quality Engineerto join a leading Company located in theSan Jose, CAsurrounding area.
Salary: $85K-$95K
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring that manufacturing processes and products meet established quality standards
Responsibilities ο Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
Monitor the entire production cycle and report any malfunctions
Perform routine inspections and tests on products and processes
Analyze product specifications and customer requirements to ensure they are met
Identify and address any quality issues
Create and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports and manuals
Document quality assurance activities and generate reports for management
Identify areas for quality improvement and propose solutions
Lead quality improvement projects and teams to enhance product durability and performance
Ensure compliance with legal, industry, and organizational standards and regulations
Stay updated with the latest quality control standards and methodologies
Basic Hiring Criteria:
A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 to 5 years of quality control experience in manufacturing server assembly
