SAN LUIS WATER AND SANITATION Office Manager in SAN LUIS, Colorado

POSITION:

Full-Time Office Manager

DUTIES:

  • Manage day to day office duties:
  • Accounts receivable, bookkeeping, processing payments,
  • HR duties, oversight of all office staff including hiring and terminating
  • Handle deadlines to keep our district in compliance.
  • Organize and attend monthly board meetings and transcribing meeting recordings.
  • Ordering supplies
  • work alongside with Costilla County employees and the Field Operations Manager.
  • Customer contact.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma Dependable, ethical, honest, trustworthy & interpersonal skills. Leadership skills & problem solving skills. Exceptional customer service. Proficiency with office software including QuickBooks At least 2 years of Human Resources/Payroll experience. Bookkeeping and record keeping Excellent organizational skills. Able to transcribe meetings. Multi tasking with time management skills

WAGE:

$17.50 (to start)

SHIFTS:

  • This position has a 90 day probationary period and the candidate will answer directly to the Board of Directors.
  • Available Monday Friday from 8am-4:30pm
