  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.

  • At least 2 years experience in CRM management or similar system administration.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide effective solutions.

  • Demonstrate ability to collaborate with teams/units and provide training and support to users.

  • Attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s in computer science, information systems or related field.

  • Experience in higher education, particularly with admissions or enrollment management.

  • Advanced knowledge of CRM systems, including managing security, access, and user roles.

  • Experience in designing and implementing business process improvements.

  • Proficient in database management and data integrity maintenance.

  • Familiarity with communication workflows, event management and recruitment strategies.

  • Knowledge of Banner SIS , SQL , HTML , CSS , Axiom, and other web technologies.

Job Description

This position will play a key role in assisting with managing and maintaining the university’s SLATE CRM tool (by Technolutions). This position will be working collaboratively to oversee the development, implementation, testing and training of SLATE users across campus and within TXST Global Admission. The System Administrator will analyze user requirements related to campaigns, data entry, events, and communications, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within the system.

Job Duties

  • Oversee the development, implementation, testing, modification, and training of users of Slate CRM systems

  • Analyze user function requirements, such as campaigns, online forms, data entry, recruitment, events, and communication development.

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data within the CRM .

  • Build, maintain and update all SLATE campaigns, applications, forms, update portals and dashboards for all use

  • Manage security and access in SLATE and establish a system to for an semi annual and annual review.

  • Review daily output reports to ensure communications are being sent in a timely manner.

  • Provide recommendations and solutions for business processes and test various scenarios to enhance the use of the CRM .

  • Collaborate with admission staff as well as other campus partners.

Additional Information to Applicants

  • Some weekend and overnight work may be needed during peak times or for conference and professional meeting attendance.

  • Remote work schedule available.
