Hub International Client Services Associate in Sandy, Utah

Summary:

We are looking for a professional, organized, detail-oriented team player to join HUB International Investment Services, a nationally recognized Retirement Plan Consulting & Wealth Management Firm.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist a busy team to meet tight deadlines;

  • Have responsibility for organizing and scheduling client meetings every quarter and coordinating the meetings with our financial advisors’ calendars;

  • Assist with the preparation of meeting materials for meetings using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and proprietary reporting systems;

  • Work closely with our vendor partners in gathering data needed for our meetings and using their websites to pull data from their reporting systems;

  • Help to maintain, assemble, and update marketing materials, newsletters, and social media sites;

  • Assist with client events, client support, and special projects;

  • Keep our marketing databases up to date by gathering necessary information and by entering the data in a timely manner;

  • Be willing to be part of team that helps each other meet our goals to grow our book of clients.

Valuable experience for someone applying for this job:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;

  • Experience in Salesforce or other relationship management tools would be beneficial to this job.

  • Experience in investment reporting tools like FIRM, Fi360, RPAG, Plan Tools would be useful but not required.

  • Background in financial services, insurance or employer benefits industries including any knowledge of retirement plans and investments (1 year experience preferred);

  • Comfortable speaking with people on the phone, positive attitude, and professional interpersonal skills;

  • Project management experience with working on several projects with different timelines simultaneously;

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;

  • Independent person able to problem solve and work well without oversight;

The compensation range for this position is $55,000 to $63,000 annually depending on experience. This position offers a hybrid work schedule with 0 to 4 days per week in office.
