Job Title: Vice President of Information Security (ISM)

*Duties: * Act as an interface between the CTO's strategic and process-based activities and the work of the technology-focused analysts, engineers, and administrators in the IT organization. Translate the IT-risk requirements and constraints of the business into technical control requirements and specifications, as well as develop metrics for ongoing performance measurement and reporting. Coordinate the IT organization's technical activities to implement and manage security infrastructure, and to provide regular status and service-level reports to management. Work with the IT organization and business management to align priorities and plans with key business objectives. Act as an empowered representative of the CTO during IT planning initiatives to ensure that security measures are incorporated into strategic IT plans and that service expectations are clearly defined. Responsible for working with business and IT stakeholders to balance real-world risks with business drivers such as speed, agility, flexibility and performance. This position supervises 2 Associates, Information Security.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related; 2 years of experience as a Network Engineer, Information Management Specialist, or a related position, which must include: Implement and secure network architectures with advanced solutions like intrusion prevention, firewalls, VPNs, VLAN segmentation, port security, DHCP snooping, and ARP inspection, ensuring robust defense against cyber threats and comprehensive network plane security. Assess, mitigate software vulnerabilities, and secure applications by addressing bugs, weak passwords, and encryption flaws. Strengthen defenses across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments against viruses and breaches. Implement cryptography with hashing, encryption, PKI, ensuring secure network communications.
